Individual sessions (53min.) are $160 per session, self-pay

I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for out-of-network coverage. Many clients receive 50-80% reimbursement per session, depending on your insurance provider and plan specifics.

I am an in-network provider with MODA and First Choice Health Network.

Currently, I’m in the process of credentialing with multiple insurance companies. If you have any questions regarding if I’m applying for or anticipate being in-network with your insurance, please reach out and I will be happy to provide further information.

Self-Payment and co-pays are due at the time of each session via credit card.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the session.

This fee also applies to no-shows.
